- For Principal/ Vice-Principal:- As per Govt. of Odisha rule. Phy/ Chem./ Math. background preferred.
For Nilachal Polytechnic (Diploma Engg.)
- For Sr. Lecturer (Mech./Comp. Sc./ Civil/ Elect./ Phy./ Chem.):- As per AICTE norm.
- For Lab. Technician (Comp./ Mech./ Chem.):- for Technical Diploma or above with exp. and for Chem.- B.sc. or above with experience.
- For Office Superintendent:- Graduate or above, below the age of 55 with adequate experience in Office Management.
